I'd like to say "hey" to the good folks here, finally.
When TFL closed down, it was like a hit in the gut. I don't know why, but I think lots of others felt the same way. At any rate, I found THR shortly thereafter, and was really happy Oleg and all brought a safety net for lost wandering souls.
I did post an early congrats, but somehow the spirit was deflated, and I never came back.
Then, I discovered that TFL was resurrected, and it was as if there was life again. So I jumped in, glad to be back home.
Funny, however, that it seems more homey over here! Most of the old crowd seem to be staying here, which I completely understand, and respect - loyalty is important.
I'll be going both places, as many of ya'll do, but I think I'll settle in here just fine, although TFL will always have a special place.
BTW, I've noticed some old friends have either moved on, or dropped out. One lady, in particular, who always impressed me was DC (DonCicci). I noticed she joined here right after TFL's closing, but never stayed (at least under the DonCicci name.) Anyone been in touch?
