First off, the 4 rules really only apply when you are handling the weapon. Right now my loaded pistol is in my closet on the top shelf. If it were to go off, the bullet would enter the living room. My Mossberg is leaning in the corner. If it went off, my upstairs neighbors would be in the line of fire.

How many times has a pistol in a pocket holster been pointed at someone? Whenever you sit down is the answer.


Anyway, back on topic. Thanks for your service. Is that PPsh a battlefield pickup? How common are they over there?

I just wanted to chime in and say thanks to all you guys out there for your service - I really appreciate it.

I almost joined the Army medical corps... until I realized that they would not have allowed me to enter the specialty that I wanted to go into, and I'd probably wind up as a GMO for most of my time At least the recruiter was honest with me.

A lot of good pics. Just when I'm about to get all misty, I remember how my
tear ducts would clog up with sand, smoke, gnats, and other filth and then
it goes away and I feel better.
