I am looking to buy a ruger PC in 40 s&w but im curious if i do can i buy a separate barrel to convert it to shoot 9mm like you can with glocks? I know the rifle shoots with glock mags and since its q breakdown i was curious it its interchangable

That's a good question. I hadn't thought about that and it would probably be uncommon for someone to do so getting an answer could be difficult. I guess you could always call/email Ruger about it.

Just Right carbine has modular design that allows barrels, bolt, magwell to be swapped out to change calibers from 9mm, 40S&W and 45ACP - https://justrightcarbines.com/product/caliber-conversion-kit/

40S&W caliber conversion kit is $219 - https://justrightcarbines.com/product/caliber-conversion-kit-camo-closeout/

Use Takedown tube that is both free float forend and barrel nut for quicker barrel swap - https://justrightcarbines.com/product/takedown-tube/

You can also change the ejection from left to right and magwell can be changed to accommodate Glock, M&P and 1911 magazines (Check with Just Right for availability).

While I have several 9mm AR based carbines, I bought Just Right carbine so I can do 9mm, 40S&W and 45ACP accuracy testing/myth busting for THR H&R category.

And they also offer quick release buffer tube

Make sure you're talking about the new PCC, not the old PC. There's a big difference between the two.
