Nice work, marking down animals taken used to be common in the East here haven't seen anyone since I've been alive that does it. I always liked the idea of it and I've got some cool rifle that were marked, makes for a great story. I could never make my self do it with a knife like the old timers but I like your idea.thank you
yes actually
Surprised you noticed that
I’ve taken nine deer so far with it.
Bucks have the hoove track with the dew claws and does just have the hooves
I made the buttcuff on the 94 as well as the knife.

Top: Remington 700 Stainless Light Varmint, .223 Rem.
Bottom: Rem 700 Stainless with 2 stocks: Wearing an after-market (Fajen?) with two full-length, vertical Carbon Fibre layers, Timney-triggered. Also, a Remington Sendero stock, with skim bedding and free-floated barrel-channel liner. This is used when hunting in bad
weather.
The first-blood with the rifle and new stock - 2017. Shot was about 270 yards down the haul road, as the bull was walking across. Shot while sitting on my stool, resting elbow on my knee. Handloaded 140 grain bullet.
