Depends on what I'm packing.. In my Taurus PT145 I use the Taurus solid copper (Barnes) 185gr flying ashtrays. In my 10mm I carry Winchester 175 gr silvertips.

When I carry my Sig P232, I carry Speer Gold Dot.
I know this is the auto forum, so without turning this into a wheelgun vs. auto thing, I usually carry my Ruger SP101, loaded with Speer SBGDHP 135 gr. .357mag.

I guess I should have qualified my post as that is what I carry in my .45ACP's. In 9mm I carry some REM UMC JHP's, WWB JHP's, Some Hornady.

In my .32NAA it's strictly Corbon. Of course they and Glaser are the only ones who load that caliber.

32 acp 60grn fiocchi SJHP,38 spcl doubletap 125 golddot,9mm doubletap 124+p golddot,.357 tauri 605 145 silvertip,smith 65 fed 125 classic,44mag 200 golddot short bbl.45 acp amt backup 185 golden saber, 1911 230 fiocchi jhp,45 colt 250 golddot, planing on switching to doubletaps in 45acp and may get some 10mm.

Scorpiusdeus:
Check the loading data.....noone (factory) loads 9mm +p or .45acp (non +p) to as high a velocity as Double Tap. ...and they're actually pretty cheap!

I use either 185 Silvertips or 185+p Golden Sabres in my XD 45.
I use Remington 158 +p LHP in my Taurus 85.
I use Winchester Ranger 115 +p+ in my Taurus Mil Pro 9mm.

In my Makarov I carry XTP in the chamber and alternating FMJ and XTP in the magazine. Just in case I need one or the other.

Gold Dots usually, but have no problem with Remington, Winchester and Federal products. I haven't shot Cor Bon DPX, but their powerball ammo seems really good.
