What is the last gun that you bought?

TheGerman: Meine Frau did not realize that when the 'nib' Saiga .223 was carried in last winter, a 'nib' Saiga 7.62x39 also came in from the garage a week later. Zauberhaft!

Guns and ammo (via Armslist TN) had been sold to have most of the required cash.
Die Frau was not 'zu Hause' when the second Saiga made it's quiet entrance.

Rossi Interarms Model 971 comp .357 magnum. like the one in this long ago borrowed picture. (my camera on the blink)

I have a couple of Rossi Model 720's in .44 Special on the same frame. These are the nicest revolvers Rossi ever produced .

Armalite AR15 5.56. I used an M16 in Vietnam, and just had to have one before tshtf. I like this rifle, and would recommend it.

I got a little more nostalgic and went with a Colt SP1. :)

Woulda shoulda coulda, that's a great looking rifle. I got a deal on my Armalite, and as I said, it's a good rifle, but there's always room for one more, maybe a Colt later.

Beautiful. I fell in love with that original profile watching S.W.A.T. on TV when I was twelve. Then, my rich uncle lent me a couple of M16-A1s for a few years in the early '80s. I would dearly love to build a modern replica using as many new parts as I could include.

The last handgun that I purchased was a Beretta Md. 92 that I ran across at a gun show!, still have the first one I bought with many in between! ;)

Most recent acquisition, and the third SIG-Sauer in 8 months, is a SIG P229 in .40 S&W.

With the current fad of ditching the .40 it seemed to be a great time to buy one.

Already posted a little while back. But just purchased a new CZ 550FS Mannlicher in 308 about 2 weeks ago. Love it.

The last complete firearm was a Glock 43 (single stack 9mm)

However this one is a work in progress ... 6.5 Creedmoor.
Waiting on a barrel, bolt, gas block and brass.

I bought a blued Remington 870P, "P" meaning the police version. I already had one, which has been served for duty and home defense for well over a decade, but I wanted a spare, for the times one may be down for maintenance, repair, or perhaps modification. Another factor is that as I near retirement, and we contemplate RV travel, perhaps to include Canada, it is good to have firearms that are OK in a variety of jurisdictions.

This is my fourth 870; a burglar got my first, a Wingmaster, long ago. I replaced it with a very smooth pre-Express-era Marine Magnum, which I sold to a friend after I started using a patrol rifle at work in 2002. I soon realized I missed the pump gun, and bought a Parkerized 870P, which I still have.

A Wingmaster, with a factory folding stock, has been my wife's home-defense long gun for quite a while, probably since the late Nineties

S&W sw22 Victory 22lr target pistol. I've been wanting a 22lr target pistol for several years and the S&W Victory checks all the required boxes. That and I've finally been able to find 22lr in bulk at a reasonable price (5.7 cents/rd for Remington Golden bullets at Academy).

A first AR clone: the S&W M&P 15 Sport II with the dust cover etc. It seems to be very high quality.

Academy plays the "We should hide the ARs in the back!" 'appease the left game', so instead, I took my money to a locally-owned shop in Cordova TN.

Just got a Walther PPQ M2, 4.0" barrel, 9mm. Wow! The absolute best ,off the shelf, striker fired trigger on the market. And the trigger reset is phenomanal, about 1/4 inch. The grip angle feels perfect for me. I love shooting this pistol! And, at least to me, is a very natural pointing hg, and very accurate.
As a side note, I bought a TREX iwb appendix carry holster and iwb mag carrier fot the Walther. Really comfortable, and hardly noticeable, particularlly since this is not a sub compact pistol.

Rossi R92-52011, Winchester 1892 clone, stainless steel, .45 Colt, 24" octagonal barrel. Shoots great! Very happy with it.
