Taurus Tracker 357 mag 4" barrel

I was at hardware store to buy a S&W Bodyguard 380 with engraved slide. The 380 just wasn't doing it for me. So there sat the 357 mag and even though it is a Taurus I couldn't resist. Went through 2 boxes of 38 special and a box of the mags first day. I doubt the Bodyguard would have been as much fun.

Good decision. My Bodyguard was the worst gun decision I ever made. It literally started coming apart in my hand. Three different pins would push out on their own, the laser would randomly quit, and lastly the internal battery cover screw backed out while firing, jammed the slide and became inoperable........it's the only gun I actually got my money back!

Now that I have had some range time with the TP9SA, I love everything about it except the trigger safety - mine catches and feels grunchy. One you get it disengaged, the trigger is excellent and it shoots well.

To be fair and accurate, I need to update my earlier comment about the TP9SA's trigger. I have discovered that the trigger safety simply requires a very specific finger placement. The pad of the fingertip has to be centered on the trigger, not back at my first knuckle, which is what I was doing. Once I learned the placement the weapon wants, it has been smooth and reliable. The only other handgun I have with a trigger safety is my Taurus 709 Slim, which is more tolerant of sloppy finger placement.

Got my H&R Handi Rifle 30.06 on tuesday. It was pretty hard to find one in Germany, due the fact there are no importing companys any more . Well,I finally found one at a gun shop and ordered it. Good at first look. Ordered and installed a Vortek Crossfire 3-9x50 V-Brite and are looking forward first shooting.

I put a Redfield Evolution 3-9X40 on it. Best load so far is a Sierra 165 gr Gameking HPBT and IMR4064. About 1.25" for 5 shots at 100 yds. I carried it during a deer hunt this fall after a horse fell down on my .270 but no shots. Hopefully next year.

Got these 2 RIC's (Royal Irish Constabulary) at auction. A 'Presentation Model', owner marked, 1879, in 450cf and a First Model in 442cf. Have ammo will shoot! 450 custom loaded on cut down 45LC, 12grns FFFg, 230 grn RNL bullet. 442:cutdown S&W 44Spl, 6grns Unique and 210 grn RNL. Santa came early!

Safe Queen?

It doesn't sound as though you are not going to shoot these, I am not really into safe queens. I may if I had 5 figure pistols, than I wouldn't want want it to take the space. You did not mention a manufacturer all the other demographics but that. I take it constabulary is having to do with constables. Are these 5 or 6 shooters, break barrel reloading?
