I am a big 9mm fan and I have owned a lot of them. I have shot many of them in Bullseye matches just to see what they can do and get a level playing field to test them out. I get to shoot the same ammo through them at the same ranges under the exact same conditions. This lets me see on paper which one preform the best.

I am only shooting slow fire so some of the better combat style pistols may not appear to be as good. I also shoot rapid fire and I know which ones are better at that as well. My slow fire most accurate is not going to be my rapid fire winner but that is life. What I am really asking is, in slow fire, which 9mm is most accurate for you?

Believe it not, the most accurate 9mm I have ever owned was a surplus Star BM that I bought for $129 from AIM. Box stock with no sight adjustments, it outshoots everything I own or have ever owned in 9mm! It has a target trigger feel with a light and crisp pull that really helps.

Some of the other good ones were Star Firestar and XD-9. Surprisingly, none of the expensive and larger autos I have owned could shoot as well. I have owned Berettas, S&Ws, Walthers, Rugers, Glocks, CZs, Springfield 1911s in 9mmm BHPs and a host of other 9mms. Most of them were decent but none compared to the three above. Maybe I just got lucky with the Star BM because I bought two at the same time and the other one I got was nothing special. It will shoot as well as most guns but it is not a tack driver or anything.

I currently own a HK USP9. I use to own a Browning HP made in Belgium. I have fired a Glock 17, Sig 226, Beretta 92FS, Beretta 92FC, and Beretta Centurion.

I hate to admit, but my best groups have been with a friend's Beretta Centurion. I really can't explain it. However, I don't plan on getting a Berretta, my HK is still more accurate than I am. I just like the HK better than the Beretta.

My most accurate 9mm was an HK P9S Target. They have an adjustable sear, adjustable trigger, and target sights. Second is an STI originally bought in 9mm (but now has a 38 Super conversion also).

Most accurate 9mm was a SiG 210.
Second most accurate 9mm was a Smith and Wesson 952.
I have since gone back to .45 acp with a Heckler and Koch USP Elite.

A Luger, even with the crude sights they have will outshoot nearly any 9mm you can put your hands on, probably including some of the specific target models. Yeah, they are that good. ;)

Out of a prior BHP, a current CZ75B, a P7M8, and a Kimber Target, I'd have to say the Kimber.

Sig P228
Sig P239
S&W 3906
S&W 3913
Walther P38

I used to own a H&K USP 9mm Elite.
It was the most accurate autoloader I ever shot.
With the dustcover on a rest, I had no trouble getting 1-1/2" groups at 25 yards with just about any decent ammo.
A Springfield 1911 9mm was almost as good, but not reliable.
My Glock 17L and my new USP 9mm are 2-1/2" shooters from a rest, the 17L is amazing with Speer Lawman 124 fmj's (nice hot practice ammo).

For me my Beretta 92FS has been the most accurate gun I have ever fired so far; Browning Hi Power close in second.

My USP Elilte 9mm and my SW PC952-1 are my two most accurate 9mms, followed by my HK P7s.

Walther P99

For years it was my West German made Sig P226. I never thought I'd ever find a pistol that I could shoot better. Well, I did!

even with its ultra tiny sights my WWII Walther made P-38.
It was made in 1944 towards the end when quality was supposed to be slipping. It has no rite to be as accurate as it is. groups better than my Ruger P series

Well, my experience in 9mm's is limited to Hi Powers, Glocks, Beretta's, and Sig's. But I'd have to say that my Sig's are the most accurate (at least the easiest to shoot accurately with consistancy offhand). My P226 Navy just "aims to please". It just edges out the P228. Barely.
