That you still shoot!

Mine is a Model 1891 Argy Mauser, 7.65x53. Production year is 1899. The bolt is smooth as silk and she shoot great. Hard to believe she is 113 years old!

Don't have a picture to share, but mine is a mid (18)70s Trapdoor. Next come a 1873 Win. and a Trapdoor carbine; both from the early (18)80s.

Love shooting the old guns.

My current oldest rifle that still shoots was made in '43. It's a Remington 1903A3. It's not a tack triver but it's a well made piece. My '45-ish Brno Kar98k is more accurate and I tend to shoot it more.

I have older handguns I shoot regularly.

Remington Model 700 ADL Deluxe; in awesome condition; manufactured in February 1975. 22-250 Caliber, shoots sub-inch regularly. It was my grandfather's and now it's mine.

Oldest one I shoot is the ugly stick. Marlin 1889 made in 1893.

The newest is a young'n at only 74 years old...

I'm sure other responses will blow mine outta the water, but my oldest is my 1943 Mosin Nagant 91/30, I shoot it every time I go shooting! and second oldest is a Remington model 521-TS "Junior Special" .22lr bolt-action that a friend gave me, no serial number, barrel stamp indicates it was made in 1946. That thing shoots like it was made last year, 'shoots the wings off a fly' accurate.

Also seen in the photo is my Winchester Model 1912 (or is it model 12??)
made in 1953

M1 Garand

Post war, Aug 1955 build. 56 yr old barrel and the thing still holds 3 moa.

Winchester 73 in 32-20 from 1889 - when I stumble across factory ammo on the cheap.

When I get around to it though it'll be a Miquelet lock carbine. Can't begin to guess the date on that one and the "rifling" is suspect at best.

My Turkish 1903. It was rearseneled in '35, but I'm pretty sure its manufacture date was around 1911-1912.

Some great rifles! More pics! :)

@GoF150xlt....Im in love with that 96/11! Love me some schmidt rubin.

@lukedsh Luckily, ammo for the Argentine isnt too hard to find!

a single shot .22 "Sears and Roebuck" (made by Marlin) that my dad bought used for me almost 50 years ago. dont know exactly how old it is, but still shoots as accurate as can be and I still use it. it has got to be 65 years old or older.
