A comparatively fast burning multipurpose handgun powder with burning rate about the same as Winchester 231 or Alliant Red Dot. Currently available reloading data for 9mm Luger, .38 Super Auto, .38 Special, .357 Magnum, .40 S&W, .44 S&W Special, .44 Remington Magnum, .45 ACP and .45 Colt.
Much faster than W-231. It will only make light loads in most of the calibers mentioned, and is not good for full power loads in any of them. Why they would even list .357, and .44 Mag is beyond me.

It is a great powder though, and very useful. It is simply very fast, and that limits its versatility.

Yep, I buy it by the 4 pounder. :)

LGS well stocked

I made my usual Thursday afternoon stop @ the LGS and was very surprised

On the shelf was Titegroup ($24), BE-86 ($23), CFE Pistol ($27), HS-6 ($25) , Longshot ($22), 700X & 800X ($24).

Supply is coming in fast & furious, as the guy behind the counter said they have received shipments of 200 pounds every day this week - finally

I left with a box of 500 poly-coated 147g FP hard cast.

just bought a few pounds

Thanks again for the Power Pistol/Recob's heads up back on Monday (3 days ago). I grabbed 5 lbs as well as a few k primers and UPS had it in their possession yesterday. I was unfamiliar with Recob's (pretty newb still) but they certainly get a thumbs up from me so far. :)

Recobs has 1 pounders of BE-86 and I just the bought frankford arsenal tumbler and spent my play money! Oh well!
BTW, Recobs is one of the best places I order from.

I'm not sure when Powder Valley received these new Berry's HHP (hybrid hollow point) bullets, but they have them in stock now. Nothing in 40S&W yet:

BERRYS .45 (.452) 200 GR HHP (250) Yes $55.25
BERRYS .45 (.452) 200 GR HHP (500) Yes $86.33
BERRYS .45 (.452) 230 GR HHP (250) Yes $64.67

Wow, a Western pistol powder sighting. Wish I wasnt spent-out for now (i know I am because my wife told me), those are two that I'd sure like to get my hands on. Nice find.

Midsouth has Ramshot TAC in 1lb and 8lb containers right now, they also have a selection of a few more in stock just dont remember the rest. I have 8lbs of the TAC on the way.

Say it isn't so! No actually say it is. Reloading unlimited has clays. In Stock! Things are most definitely improving.

Things are heading in the right direction.

Reloading Unlimited is asking $37.99 for 14oz of Clays. I know we are required to take the "high road", let's just say the pricing seems higher than my LGS.

Wow, this is the biggest wave of powder Ive seen. With the Glut of all Gluts soon to follow..

First, we'll see everything at ridiculous prices, because they can charge it and some will buy. As it becomes more available, the prices gotta come down... Right now, on-line is the best option, from the shops that haven't been gouging when they do have powder. I will remember them, and avoid the profiteers. I don't need $35-40 a pound powder.

So why isn't it all at ridiculous pricing now? There are plenty of retailers charging a nice low price, as they get more in stock and don't sell out right away, nobody else is going to be able to move much of anything charging $35+. But right now, if they are the only game going, they probably can.
