Max Payne is alot of fun. Xbox.
Hitman I & II XBox.
Rainbow Six XBox & PC
Big Game Hunter PC

The Rainbow Six series on PC. I got all of them... and got rid of some of the more boring parts (like Covert Ops and the quite pathetic SOAF) to trade for the newest Raven Shield. That's the best, with Ghost Recon as a very close runner-up.

Operation Flashpoint was a big disappointment.

for just straight up gun-Fu, MAx Payne is pretty much impossible to beat.

especially on New York Minute mode.

Me, I like the Rainbow 6 series and their off-shoots.
My son is into the 007 series of games
Used to have Longbow Anthology and spent many hours blowing things up with Hellfires and rockets.

i gotta go old school for this - doom. ahhh, the fond memories from 1992. it was such a quantum leap in games back in its day.

heh, i still have a fondness for pump action shotguns b/c of doom!

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault for PC.

GTA Vice City for PS2. (It's so bad that it's good. Gotta love it.)

Max Payne was made in Finland. Fun game, but gets kind of old kind of fast.

Deus Ex and System Shock 2 were two of the best shooters ever, though their graphics are pretty crappy by modern standards. DX2: Invisible War looks like it will be awesome, however.

Halo on xbox is great.
Red Faction II on PS2 is excellent for its action. Graphics are not as good as Halo though.

My wife and I have been playing Time Splitters on the PS2, that's kinda fun...
