Too, those are some great rustic sheaths you've got there.I enjoy putting good looking handles on unique blades.
A homemade Nessmuk, reground from a Russel skinner blade blank. I made a rawhide covered sheath.

A 119 is hard to beat for sure. I agree with your observation on the black&silver (like ALL good Heavy Metal) for contrast.Remembered I have a photo of my buck 119, it's still new I can't bring my self to use it yet. The aluminum with the black always looked good to me.

I like the skinny surgeon’s scalpely look of it.Actual pic of my knife.

Sold one not nearly so sweet last year and continually regret it. That form is truly pleasing. This puuko which has been in the family for at least three generations.

A no name slip joint with good fit and finish, good snap and sharp!
My wife bought a Sabenza for me many years ago. You're right in calling those lines out as beautiful. My wife got me one of those white FRN Endura 4s about a dozen years ago. Still locks up tight and stays sharp. The old VG10 was a fine super steel of its day to be sure.

My current pretty knife is a large Chris Reeve Inkosi that is starting to get some honest pocket wear. Love this knife.
