I enjoy reloading and shooting what I make.
I find that one without the other is a bit awkward, to say the least. (Ying with no Yang!)

Everybody knows of a lot of Ranges that are closed.
Lets hear about those that ARE open!
Mine was CLOSED,
BUT, if I hadn't accidently been passing through en route to somewhere else, I wouldn't have known they are now OPEN..

Let's help others like me who are addicted to both reloading AND shooting!

I know of (2) Outdoor Ranges in Houston.

American Shooting Center, (Shot there today!) G. Bush Park, NW Houston. Open to the Public. www.americanshootingcenters.com Social distancing required.

Carter's Country, Treaschwig Road in Spring, TX. (NE Houston) Open to the Public

(I personally have not been there lately, but here's what's on their website: )

Roosevelt National Forest: Open.

My local ranges ARE closed though. The one I'm a member of is due to lack of traffic.

Minnesota just officially green lighted outdoor ranges tomorrow. Applies more to trap and skeet. Many private ranges have been open throughout to members , but events remain canceled

All of the public ranges near Colorado Springs are closed. I belong to a private range that has remained open. We have been able to shoot as much as we want. Of course the nice days that we have have been interrupted with snow days.

Blue Ridge Cherry Valley in the PA Poconos is open to members but no Monday and Wednesday Trap or events.

Ben avery - closed
Phoenix rod and gun - no info, call ahead
C2 tactical- no info - call ahead
pinal county shooting range no info calll ahead
Cowtown shooting range -private range - open
Wickenburg sportsmans club - private range - open
Table mesa blm -open *shoot at your own risk, hotbed of idiots on weekends*

The gun club to which I am a member is open, but events are cancelled.

I can use the 75 yard range out behind the barn anytime I please.

For some reason I've had trouble getting the time to get out there and shoot. The problem is related to Mrs Thunkit being furloughed, and the honey do list is seemingly never-ending.

Our outdoor range in SE VA is open. The indoor is closed although the stations are more than 6' apart and there are HEPA filters to clean the air. The air coming out of the indoor is cleaner than the air going in. We can thank Gov.Blackface Klansman the baby killer for closing the indoor range.

I only go to public ranges for matches and those are canceled around here. The one in my backyard and the ones at our farm remain open. The county Sheriff's department range is on one of our pieces of property and several of them were out shooting last weekend.

Smithfield Sportsman Club. Rhode Island restricted to members and family only. Unfortunately it’s there and I’m stuck here in Florida hoping I can travel back in mid May.
So in the meantime the air gun range on the lanai is open. I’m working on wax bullets for the 38. Work in progress.
