I guess I have two.
The first is a CZ double stack 10mm set up in the Shadow 2 configuration. And this is actually going to appear on the market when the CZ Custom Shop gets it together. I know that Tanfoglios can be had in similar configurations, and likely for much cheaper. But my LGS handles CZs and I like supporting them. I'm getting away from buying from big chains more and more.
My second would be a slightly upscaled all steel version of the Sig P938 chambered in 38 Super. I think 38 Super is a cartridge that has been relegated to hand loaders and 1911 shooters, and it would be an excellent cartridge in a small package, offering nearly the same or in some cases greater performance than 357 Sig, and suffering from none of the drawbacks like bottlenecked cartridges and associated capacity reductions. There'd be some other issues to overcome, like rimmed and semi-rimmed brass availability and reliability, but I think it's a great cartridge that with some design tweeks could be excellent in smaller guns.
