Nice rifle Merle, hope you are feeling better

Thanks, it has turned into my favorite knocking around on drizzly days rifle.

I got bad news on the eyes :(, but good news on the foot issue :).
I'll be getting new lens in both eyes the early part of November, so I'll be struggling along til then.
At least my left foot won't require amputation - diabetes is a real PITA!

My dad had it. I'm adopted so no genetics of his, fortunately my levels are always perfect every checkup and I eat lots of meat and junk food and soda. However I do drink enough water, and eat garlic raw orcooked and in pills also and do eat a certain amount healthy also I also routinely take listed suppliments listed below

Fish omega-3 fatty acid
Garlic (healthy in many ways)
Flaxseed oil
apple cider vinegar (I drink mixed with water two times a week also helps prevent kidney stones) Lemon juice also helps kidney stones )
coffee (is actually good for you if you don't mix sugar in it but I do some)
Cinnamon
eggs
turmeric
olive oil (I eat three table spoons every two days)
and of course leaf greens
raw organic honey very healthy but MAYBE NOT for a diabetic would have to ask

All listed above is known for heart health and other health also.

I'm sure your doctor has already gone over a dietary routine though

here is my first entry

class3

Winchester M94, 30-30
Williams receiver sight
Hornady American White tail, 150 gr

rifle was one of the last top ejects
had it Metalifed (prone to rust from sweaty fingers)

I spent most of the last two weeks up in Erie, PA; the VA hospital worked me over pretty good
since I'm now very short on time I'm going to double down and see how many more entries I can pull off......

well, that question was answered - sadly I broke my glasses yesterday and couldn't get them fixed until this afternoon, too late to shoot.

And that concludes the lever action challenge, thanks to all who entered.
Congrats to
Class 1 standing iron sights, Jessesky score 90
Class 3 rested iron sights, Downeaster score 95-3X
