Found a new 9mm carbine bullet - the Match Winner.

Maybe a new powder too.
Testing out my new RMR MWs against my other practice bullets.
Had good results all around, even the plated 147s shot ok today.
Shot 3-3 shot groups with each. GFL brass with Tula primers, 4.0 W231 unless noted.
Best groups were with the Sinterfire 100 frangible at .8” @ 50 yards (4.4 W231), but that’s not an economical practice bullet.
RMR 124 Match Winners 1.8” with 4.0 W231, 1.1” with 5.0 Power Pistol.
Xtreme 124 PFP 1.6”
Winchester 130 JFP (obsolete .38 Super bullet) 1.8”
147 PRN 1.8” eta, that’s a Berry’s 147.
I’ll try the other bullets with PP, but the RMR MWs and PP will be my go to ‘hard head’ and practice load.
I like the large, sharp meplat and the heavy jacket.
Today’s lineup, RMR MW, Xtreme 124, 100 Sinterfire, Berry’s 147, Win 130.

My pistols really seem to like the heavier stuff. I have a 9mm carbine but haven’t really explored it much. I’ve had good accuracy with Berrys 147 grain and RMR 147 grain Heavy Match Winners. The flat nose cuts a distinctive hole for easy ID. I can shoot the same target with 22, 9mm, and 357 Mag and tell them all apart except when the larger ones take out a 22 hole.

115 and 124 RMR MW's are my PC9's favorite food. I use Sport Pistol for the 115's and BE-86 for the 124's.

I have 500 of the 147’s to try, just haven’t gotten around to it yet. Hoping my 8” AR-9 will like them with BE-86 as I have a few pounds left.

You are shooting less than 2" at 50 yds. Regardless of bullet very impressive.

The 124gr Match Winner is sub-1" at 25 yards out of my girlfriend's FM 16" 9mm upper. Great bullets.

Thanks, but shooting from a rest 99% of that is the gun (Ruger PCC), the bullets and a good red dot.
The Ruger is not light and quick handling, but they know how to hammer forge a barrel.
I’ve owned quite a few pistol caliber carbines and this is the most accurate one.
ETA, sorted brass is a must for good accuracy. One military case or one CBC case is a guaranteed flyer.

115 and 124 RMR MW's are my PC9's favorite food. I use Sport Pistol for the 115's and BE-86 for the 124's.

When the Power Pistol runs out, I’ll be switching to BE-86.

The matchwinner is my favorite bullet. I LOVE it. I see them made every day and every day I get warm and fuzzy just thinking about how much fun they will be for our customers to shoot. I named it the matchwinner because the first time I shot some in a match I won the match. Still the only match I've won but I've had hundreds of customers tell me they've won matches with them. They are way better shooters than they should be.

Not perfect, but reliable and clear.
I would prefer the brightness adjustment on the knob instead of the buttons.
I like the auto off/on.
Be aware there are knockoffs.

I did a test with several bullets and several powders a couple of week ago with my AR-15 style pcc. It has a 16 inch faxon light barrel.
Best load at 50 yards with 10 shot groups was RMR 124 grain match winner. 5.0 grains of Winchester WSF. CCI 500 primers and S&B cases.
10 shot group was 1.950 of which 7 rounds were in .600.
Ave velocity was 1380, ES 22 and SD 7.6
This my new load for this gun.
Going to start testing this load with my various 9mm handguns now.

That is slightly amusing because SIG doesn't make the Romeo line of red dot sights. They are rebranded Holosun models

I like them too, but a couple of our handguns do not. The martial arms, namely a military dress Hi Power and a brace of P1, P38 are no surprise. They are designed for military ball and fed accordingly. The CZ P07 should eat them though. Even my FNS that eats garbage happily will rarely stop on one. I attribute the failures to feed to the sharp and wide Metplat. I would LOVE to see a 124 with the same basic profile, generous bearing surface, but a slightly smaller and radiused metplat along the lines of the MBC TC. You could call it something fun like the racewinner!

I think the rest of us who are having great success with the current profile would vote against any changes. I'm not thrilled with how deep i have to seat their Heavy Match Winners to get them to plunk, but I understand why they use that profile and have accepted the OAL required to make them work...because their accuracy is worth the effort.

I haven't had any feeding issues loading RMR Matchwinners at 1.114" OAL in my SIG 320, M&P9, or Glock 34. I would suggest that you revisit the OAL that you're seating to
