"Ladysmith" - I always look at along the same lines as "gunsmith" or "silversmith", or even "locksmith".

Why do you carry a "ladysmith"? That's my hobby.

Ithica Auto Burglar Alarm

it actually was a way cool twenty guage side by side with pistol grip and short barrel. Made deadly illegal by the great gun control act of 1968. Or was it 1934?
Kinda puts to shame those annoying as all hell auto alarms ruining our sleep in urban areas all night.

I always thought "Streetsweeper" was pretty good.
But my vote is with Mag Research's BFR, i.e. Big <Freakin> Revolver.

Police Positive is pretty good. What are they positive about anyway?
Vest pocket special? How many people carry a gun in their vest pocket? How many people HAVE a vest pocket?

Chau Chat: sounds like a Vietnamese venereal disease

FA MAS: Cross dressing poodle shooter

Johnson rifle

PIAT always gets a giggle, sounds like a tiny Italian car. The Ultimax 100 LMG sounds like a movie theatre. The Stoner system. WOW, man. "SMLE" is 'smelly' even funnier than smile.
And pdmoderator: Mosin Nagant, when spelled correctly isn't that funny. ;)
