Lead poisoning...

I use these after shooting, reloading or anything else which lead exposure can occur, then wash hands. Not exactly sure how many tens of thousands of rounds I have shot/reloaded in the last 3 years, but I had my lead levels checked about 6 mos. ago, and they were great.

It may also be worth noting that I don't shoot at indoor ranges. Not just because of what's in the air, but they don't allow presentaion from the holster.

I just Googled this lead removing soap and the D-Lead brand & Hygenall are about the only games in town. Seems odd to me that there aren’t more products. Anyway, I’m going with the latter since everyone else is going with the former.

In Florida we have an advantage to be able to cast outside for most of the year, years ago I used to wash my car parts in gas but it contained tetraethyl lead so for a number of years I had an elevated blood level. It is down to just about normal levels but don't think it will ever go away entirely

Glad it’s going down. We’d use gas too and later changed to much safer Varsol:) I have no clue what that was. Guess I’ll Google it.

Edit: I’ll be darned it’s just mineral spirits. No wonder it didn’t work like gas.
