Here's a fun target I made from images I bought on Shutterstock. I use it like this:
-Scoped .22 rifle at 25 yards
-The rifle can have a bipod up front and a bag at the rear
-You get 20 rounds only
-You get points for defusing the bombs (the score is written on the target)
-If you so much as TOUCH a stick of dynamite or the main body of the cast iron bomb, you will lose any score you could have got from that bomb, even if you previously cut that bomb's fuse or wire
A perfect score can be had with 12 rounds if you get a lucky shot on the black bomb. It has a thick fuse and you will often need two shots to cut it, so the perfect score is more often 13 rounds.
At my club, I get a few people together and we compete using the same rifle. A target is printed out for each contestant.
The winner is the one with the highest score. If it is a tie, whoever used the least number of rounds is the winner.
If it is still a tie, whoever disarmed them all the quickest is the winner.
Other comments: on the 200 point bomb you have to cut the blue wire. You are not penalized if you cut the yellow wire for any reason.
Similarly there is another bomb with dark blue and light blue wires entwined. You have to cut the light blue wire, but you are not penalized if you cut the dark blue wire for any reason.
The target should print fine on A4 or US letter paper. Let me know if you have trouble.
