Interesting question. I shot a friend's G43 a bunch before buying a 365. Glock feels slimmer, but that's expected. I prefer the 365's "standard" grip angle over the 43's, but I shoot a lot of 1911s; sorry, but Glock and 1911 are mutually exclusive in my book for that reason. 365 is sproingy-sounding when dry firing, but the trigger is pretty crisp and the reset is nice. How's your grip strength? The 365 slide was very difficult for my wife to manipulate with a full mag (which are a PITA to load).
Downside of the 365 is the demand is so high the out of box quality suffers. Mine wouldn't run with the mags that came with the gun, so I sent them back to Sig. Replacements were better, but the followers in the "revolutionary" mags suck: rounds cock and tilt and feeding isn't 100%. I got some aftermarket machined followers from Lakeline and that fixed the problem, but that shouldn't be necessary. The rear sight was also way off, so I had to knock that into place so it would hit POA.
I know they're in the fourth or fifth iteration of P365's and I don't think they're done with the changes. Mags are a problem, but Sig is very good about fixes, etc. Just hate being without my EDC while it's back at the factory getting fixed (again). Much to be said for the 43 there...
I don't trust the 365 enough to carry it yet. If it ever hits the 1K round count without a cleaning or hiccup I'll think about it.
I carry a Walther PPS M2 (in a Crossbreed Mini-Tuck). Seriously, give it a look.
