I had no idea a 1/10 twist could do 200 grainers...
His is 1 in 12"...it all depends on muzzle velocity. He shoots them faster than you might think (moly)

1858...I've been looking at that same Savage rifle in 308.
From your pics I noticed that the Savage does not have a crowned muzzle...curious to know how it shoots.
I'll be replacing that as soon as a stainless or aluminum version becomes available.

They use the old style, rounded profile.
