Ya got to love social media. And a the internet and gun forums are a sure representative. I posted before that the Sig 365 would be bombarded with internet complaints even before it hit the streets. Why, simply because it is a Sig and has a new innovation. I knew that would cause a Hatred to many in the other camps of competitors. Yes, the Security 9 has had many complaints as well. Just that no one really cares and I would bet even the Security9 complaints in reality to amount produced is very little. I love it, when some guy that has never shot a 365 in his life, can now become a Sig 365 internet expert. This expert that read about a problem can now go on line and preach about the failures of that gun. He will tell everyone to stay away. He will preach gloom and doom. He knows, because he is a internet Sig 365 expert.
Now take that Internet Sig 365 expert and watch how he clones himself thousands of times. Now all over the Internet are Internet P365 experts on every forum. Some jerk on Youtube can report a striker drag and then, OMG, OMG, OMG, and thousands of P365 internet experts will be on their mission to warn the world to stay away from the P365. And the Internet Youtube jerk, is now a hero for reporting this.He furthers his resume as being the go to guy to watch for Sig P365 failures.
Take the striker drag, It is funny how Kahr actually placed in their manual a picture of striker drag and said it was just a normal with the design. And no one really cared. Now the Sig had Striker Drag, never effected the gun, but, Hey, OMG,this is great news! Our P365 internet experts can use this to bash the gun around the world.

I would bet the actual failure rate of the Sig now is about equal to most firearms made. And that percentage is very little. I still find it so interesting that a few friends of mine got together and took a new Sig out to the range and only had 4 failures and we wrote those off to user error and not the gun.(riding the Slide),

On the Internet you really have to take any failure with a firearm with a huge grain of Salt. Concerning the Sig 365 take three grains of salt.

450 rounds through mine with no issues yet, a couple hundred more later today. I like it more every time I shoot it.
I wish someone would offer this with interchangeable or different size back straps.

After our group tested the gun, that was the only complaint or con we could come up with. The Sig grip is just so narrow and of the only failures we had we contributed to riding the slide. I came home and compared grips and it was interesting to see my Pico had more space.

I'm still learning not to ride the slide or hit the slide stop on my P365. I've got pretty big hands and it's a little pistol. If I shoot one handed no problem.

I also have to watch my left thumb riding the slide on my Canik TP9SFx.

Doesn't that also mean it has a higher bore axis? If you can get used to the configuration on the Sig, the lower bore axis should allow a better recoil sensation and less muzzle flip.

The Pico is one very mild shooting Pistol much more so than many similar guns with lower bore axis. The comparison of shooting the Pico with higher bore axis to my Kahr 380 with low bore axis produces almost the same exact mild shooting.
I also compared the Sig to the Nano grip, The Nano is a Extremely mild gun to shoot. That said, the Sig also shot very well and recoil was on the mild side. All three gun are very nice shooters.
The point was not to compare guns, other than grips and the space. There are a number of Micro 9mm's you can compare size to.
Go here and do a comparison.
And again, the grip of the Sig was too small for myself. It might fit you like a glove.

I have XL hands but shoot the P365 well. For some reason I don't mind the smaller grips. I love my LCP. I loved my Kahr PM9. I love 1911s and my BHPs. Yes, it is subjective and every shooter has their own preference. I will be putting a grip sleeve on my P365 like I have on my LCP and PM9. I find they do more than give a better grip and help with the girth more than it appears they would/should.

When I first picked up the P365, (a rental to test), it seemed a bit top/nose heavy, shooting it though, no problems. I bought one, 250 rounds through it, no mechanical issues, shoots everything I feed it. Not sure I like the sights though, they are bright enough, but the gun seems to shoot low for me. I've been told it's me, although none of my other guns shoot low, IDK. Might be my reloads, Bayou Bullets LRN, 124gr, I recently loaded a bunch of their 120gr TC, same powder, a tenth grain more, they seem to shoot more to POI, don't get it. More range work needed, I'm thinking using it in a IDPA match might be fun.

Once again, what hold are you using on your target? If you're using a 6 o'clock hold on the bull, yes, your POI will be low. Most SIG pistols, including the P-365, come from the factory sighted in for image #3, below ...
