Thinking about purchasing a Ruger LCP .380 and using it as a carry gun.
This would not replace my NAA .22 mag.....I would carry both.

I can't just carry one. Well I carry one at a time, but I rotate among seven based on what I'm wearing and where I'm going. Tee shirt and shorts call for a Kel-Tec PF9. Otherwise, I really like my Dan Wesson Classic Bobtail Commander. For its size it conceals well and I'm comfortable with 1911's. I really like the Taurus 606, the knock-off of the Smith 66 in .357, 2" and stainless. With deep pockets it even hides in a pocket holster. I never carry the Springer XD45 or the Smith 19 because they are just too big to hide.

Having choices is a good thing.

642 J frame is my EVERYDAY gun. It's just way to easy to carry all the time. When weather / attire permits, I'll carry the XD40 IWB.

Comfort is relative. Carry the gun you shoot best. Full-size guns have less felt recoil, and longer sight radius.

My duty G22. As soon as I qualify with my SP101 then it will definitely be that. If I get in a shooting off duty with my duty weapon, my department will back me, so thats what I carry.

I mostly carry a subcompact (S&W 642), but I do sometimes carry a 5" 1911. Often when I carry the 1911, I carry the 642 as a BUG.

G26 IWB or Pocket carried in an Aholster. However, I am thinking about getting an LCP for when even pocket carrying the G26 isn't possible.
