What if .223 was used in Ferguson police shooting??????

Will the administration use it further their fight to ban it? Was the administration somehow involved in the shooting as in "Fast and Furious" to promote their cause?

I for one wouldn't rule out anything this admin might do.

Latest says handgun used.. though from 125 yards. I remain skeptical that much yet is known.
