Hard to say. All my guns were bought only after a lot of thought and I love them all. My Marlin 39A (early 80's) is probably my most treasured and the last I'd part with, but I can't really consider any of them my least favorite.
Favorite rifle is my Winchester 94 .44 Trapper Carbine.
Favorite pistol is my Springfield TRP Operator.
Least favorite deserves no picture. Taurus M44. Imperfect chamber in the cylinder. Sent back to Taurus twice, and was twice returned nice and shiny with the problem unfixed.
Favorite: Walther P88 Compact
Least Favorite: Steyr P9-A1, weird ergos and sights. I like the pistol, but is different enough to make it harder to shoot.
Is that a Steyr M9 or S9?
Difficult question though...there are basically 2 categories I find myself debating:
1.Guns that are just plain inferior, but were cheap so I still feel good about buying them.
2.Guns that I don't like because I am a tightwad and can't get over thinking I spent too much money for what it's worth.
Category 1 would be the MN91-30 and the Walther P1
Category 2 would be the Bushmaster AR15 that feeds XM193 but jams every 3rd round with Wolf (my Bushy M4gery goes through Wolf just fine) and my SIG228 that was just more used than I was led to believe before buying it.
Colt Production GI 1911 ca. 1918
Don't tell my other 1911's oh well more than one was made in 1918 they'll have to fight over it.
Least Favorite
Probably my ALKAR or an old Western Arms topbreak I bought for $10 nothing really wrong with any of them just don't love them as much as my other guns.
Least Favorite I have ever owned: Intratec Tec 9 a gun design that has probably saved more than any other weapon ever made--by jamming and otherwise malfunctioning!
