What is the last gun that you bought?

Jags is almost always buying long guns.
He has good taste in the arms he buys.

I purchased a rifle a few months ago but do not have a picture of it yet...

Almost ashamed that it has a scope on it.
My FIRST!

I do not only own Glocks, ARs and 1911s but will say that as time passes, hard times in this market come and go and I start to think of cost effective ways to stay on the range for the long term... things that don't take one of those 3 magazines are becoming less and less tempting.

so nice to take a new gun home knowing I have a can full of loaded range magazines waiting for it and I don't need to buy a single one.

Last gun I bought was a Heritage Rough Rider 16".
Not impressed at all. My shorter- barrelled Heritages all shoot bullets to a higher velocity. And are more accurate.

I bought a Ruger EC9S 9mm pistol this past Monday. I took it to the range today. I'm really impressed by this handgun. The thing cost me less than $270 as they were on sale at Academy. I put about forty rounds through it with no jams. Since I am a wearer of suspenders rather than belts I have to conceal carry with something that fits in my pocket and this fills the bill. The trigger is very nice. I heard that it was a snappy pistol, but this was not my experience. Accuracy was slightly better than typical .38 snubby standards. This has now officially replaced my Taurus 605 .357 revolver in my regular carry lineup. It will join my Ruger LCP (my discreet situations weapon). I will reserve the Taurus for woods carry to fend off bears, as I don't own a .44 or 10mm. The wildlife authorities swear there are no mountain lions here in Arkansas, but I know some experienced woodsmen who have seen them.

Today my FFL transfered my second Taurus GX4. $220 delivered with the rebate. I have: Hellcat Pro, Glocks 19 (2), 19X, 48, 43X, 23, 26. I've been carrying the first GX4 since the day it passed function tests. Wanted a second just in case.

Brought home my new-to-me Sig P226 Enhanced Elite.I won it the same night at the FNX-45 I posted above. Although it was made in 2016, I’m not sure it was ever fired outside the factory - not a mark on it and factory grease still inside the fire control parts! I traded out the E2 grips for some G10’s.

I go to the gun shows and lgs pretty often. Tons of ar's and glocks everywhere. I don't own a ar or glock. I guess I've seen so many they just don't interest me at all anymore. The last 5 trips to the gun show and I don’t know how many to the lgs I've only bought a couple boxes of primers. Everything else just seem to be the same old.
The last handgun I've bought was a Sar b6. Turned out to be a great gun.
Now, when I go to the gun show or lgs I head straight to the old rifle or shotgun rack. Looking to the old to find something interesting and different.

Went to the gun show today, looking for Veteran guns, of course.
Found some - a Turkish M-38 Mauser and a 1917 Enfield.
They followed me home.
On the way home I found an FN High Power with Waffenamt markings and two original matching mags in an original P-38 holster.
That one is on lay-away.
Happy Veteran's Day!
