I returned with a RMA to Wilson a unused part and they received it on December 14th, NO Refund as of today anyone else have issues with these people??
 
Never returned anything to them. A friend and myself ordered barrels from them that took about 5 months to get off of back order. During that waiting period we both got notified that due to a price increase of material our items would see a 15% increase in price. Uuugh! Other parts I’ve ordered got to me within 5 days.
Give them a call.
 
We are now "after the holidays" and you should email or call them and ask when you'll see your refund.
 
Wilson acknowledged my order for a spring on 1-3-24 and its out for delivery today 1-5-24.
Maybe because there is $$$ involved, they do it in batches. Or when their wallet is fat enough.
 
If the charge was made on your credit card, sometimes it takes a while for it to show up. With the holidays in the middle of this, I would suspect there could be another reason for the delay. Never has anything but good experiences with Wilson. I'm gonna guess they will do you right.
 
I’ve returned a couple things to Wilson and never had a problem with refunds.

What was their response when you contacted them about it?
After I contacted my CC company they then and only then answered my email. They received it back on Dec 14th and they needed my CC info for a refund but only on Monday Jan 8th 2024 did they ask that? They now have it since I filed for a chargeback with the CC company. Never in my many years of online ordered have I had such a bad time. BTW I find phone calls a waste of time... if they can't compose and answer a simple email then they need to go back to school.
