Well a search online listed lots of problems with orders and refunds from Wilson.Wilson is a quality outfit. Probably the holidays. I'd pick up the phone and politely ask about it.

After I contacted my CC company they then and only then answered my email. They received it back on Dec 14th and they needed my CC info for a refund but only on Monday Jan 8th 2024 did they ask that? They now have it since I filed for a chargeback with the CC company. Never in my many years of online ordered have I had such a bad time. BTW I find phone calls a waste of time... if they can't compose and answer a simple email then they need to go back to school.What was their response when you contacted them about it?
