hey Brassballs

If you're from KY and were shooting at a range in OH recently I shot that gun! (and thanks, BTW)

Even if it wasn't you, I shot that exact model, and whoo-wee it was a sweetheart! Light recoil for a .44 Mag and very nice balance. I fell in love with that gun...

Now I want that exact same gun, or something comparable... Ohhh, gun envy...

My Webley MK II. Why? Because of the history associated the guns of the British Empire.

I'm still looking. The .454 has too much noise and recoil. The .45 Colt has tiny rims and somewhat stubby bullets. The .44 Magnum is OK, but I don't love it. I'm trying the .41 Rem. next and I have high hopes for it.

My favorite big-bore revolver is a S&W model 25; the old .45 Colt, not the .45 ACP. I've never owned one...or shot one..or even seen one in person...aw...never mind.

I love my S&W Mod. 22 "Thunder Ranch" in 45ACP. It's deadly accurate, has the best DA trigger I've felt on a new gun, and super fun to shoot. I put about 75 rounds through it yesterday, would have shot more but the web of my hand protested with a nice blister :)

My favorite is my smith & wesson mod#58 41 mag. I have enjoyed it for over 30 years.

My custom Ruger Redhawk 5 1/2 Stainless bead blasted and Magna Ported.. Loaded with 330 Garrett Hammerhead Loads..... Makes me all warm and cozy... feel quite safe in bear county

Currently it would probably be my 4" 625-2, with my 4" 629-1 really close behind.

But then again I have a 6" 28-2 on the way, so it may have some competition.

Colt Single Action Army in .45 Colt. 5.5" barrel.

My very most favorite revolver of ANY sort. :)

Mine is the Ruger Super Redhawk with a 9.5" barrel because it is what all 44 magnums should be. It's a great hunting gun!
My Ruger Super Blackhawk with a 10.5" barrel will come in second.
