10-13 months is the norm for our paper form 4s as well.

Well, I guess that doesn't bode that well for me. I have an April eform 4, denied 3 months later because they lost my fingerprints. Reapplied right away, but sounds like I'll be waiting for 2-3 more months or so.

So much for the 90 day approval target for eforms. Mine was submitted 9/7/22, so I guess that maybe I might, quite possibly, but no promises, have my can before my birthday the end of May.

do they send you a real stamp that you lick and put on the form?

If you submit a paper Form 1 or form 4 the ATF Examiner will lick it, stick it, then cancel it by writing the serial# and date on the stamp.
If its an eForm 1 or 4 all you get is a .pdf of your form with a stamp image.

I had my form 4 approved on Jan 6th. I started waiting on April 20, 2022. Got my new Dead Air Mask HD in hand now! My first stamp!

My very first form 4 came with a lick and stick stamp in 2011. I short barreled two AR lowers and they both had a peel and stick stamp in 2012. All the rest came by email in a PDF.
I really like the eForm 1's. I'd heard people getting them approved in less than a month, but I was skeptical.
Sent one off to SBR a 10/22 June 2020, it was approved in 23 days.
Sent 2 off to SBR a CZ S2, and a 9mm suppressor kit in July 2020, those were approved in 17 days.
April 2022 I sent one off to SBR a HK SP5, that one was approved in 10 days.
June 2022 I sent one to SBR a HK SP5K, it took 25 days for approval.
