I had my eform 1 approved the other day for an SBR, certified Jan 10th I think. Now to get it engraved, (I meant to have this already done, but it got approved faster than I thought it was going to) then I can finally assemble!

Was this for the brace amnesty ?
If so I was of the understanding that you didn’t have to engrave them.

Nope. I started it before the pistol brace rule came out. It's a clean sbr, so it'll need engraving

I know it's the ATF and all but that doesn't make any sense. We would be building an SBR and every other SBR has to have engravings. Sometimes all I can do is shake my head.... government.

My eform 4 was submitted June 6th 2022 and was approved last Saturday....

I submitted a form 1 for an AR pistol I have on Jan 18th. Got the approval PDF from the ATF yesterday...3/10/23. I was surprised to get approval in 50 days.

I already have 7 form 1's and one form 4. It's odd getting a form one without a stamp.

Nice! I noticed that the 46s have been reduced in price since the 46M came out and replaced it. However, with the dealer cost of a 46M being the same as new retail for remaining inventory of 46s, I've decided to wait till dad and I get our 03 SOT for this coming tax year and get a 46M instead.

Only 9 months + 2 days ... electronic, individual Form4 filed on 15Jun22. Small, inexpensive, WMT (Witt Machine & Tool) .223/5.56 suppressor.

Just received the email and touched base with Christine. Will pick it up Monday morning.

Yeah, the Dealer is open today and tomorrow but I am traffic-averse after (years ago) daily driving 75+ miles roundtrip to a job in NVA (Vienna, then Reston office, then Dulles office).
