1. Kittery trading post, Kittery Maine 2. Trop,Elizabethtown,Pa 3 Gene Salomon, Howell Twp,NJ small one man shop behind his house..been there forever..prob not well known..been dealing there for 35 yrs best prices on reloading supplies i have found

There are no real good ones here in this town, I have to go into Las Vegas where there's some competition to get better prices.

Florida Gun Exchange. Great inventory and prices. 2 stores Port Orange & Ormond Beach

Camdenton Firearms in Camdenton, Mo. good prices and great selection. Owner and wife are extremely nice. They have been able to get a hold of guns others can't.

I like Arms & Accessories in Cincinnati. Nice people, decent prices, and best of all, they have a fantastic gunsmith they deal with who does excellent work at reasonable prices.

I'm in St. Louis metro...about 30 miles NW of the Arch downtown and I really like Mike's Guns off Hwy 94. Lowest prices, new and used.

Mike's has great prices and a handgun selection that turns over frequently as a result. I've bought a few from there.

Smitty's Sporting Goods in De Soto has an amazing selection (probably 500 to 600 on display and a bunch more in the vault). It's complemented by great service. Prices are reasonable, and the sales tax rate is really low. I drive there two or three times a year to look and occasionally bring something home.

I've bought perhaps about seven firearms between the two.

In the end, I suggest that's what makes a gun store great, even more than quantity of guns and prices.

That's certainly what stood out for me about the shop I named.

Not my hometown, but there used to be this place on Hwy 21 near Arcadia, MO. It was a gas station and convenience store in front, and in the back was the single largest selection of long guns I've ever seen. I haven't been there in many years, but we used to stop there for gas and snacks on our way to play at the Black River Amphitheater near Lesterville. I believe the sign out front claimed something like "Over 1200 Guns," and they weren't kidding. Never bought anything there, but always seemed like really friendly people.

I won't say they are best that I've ever dealt with but I have to say the couple times that I have dealt with them I have been treated more than fairly.

It's Fuquay gun and gold.
They are located in Fuquay Varina NC.

When Ruger replaced a couple defective LCR's for me Fuquay treated me right on the transfers. They seem to have about the best guns prices I have found in this area.
The couple dealings or so that I've had with them the staff appear to be good people and more than willing to go out of their way to help you. I won't say they are the only shop I'll deal with but before I buy from anyone else I'm going to check with them first.

I got bit a couple times buying from another shop that's closer to the house to find out Fuquay beat this other dealers prices hands down.

Fuquay Gun and Gold is my shop too, it's pretty much the only shop I deal with nowadays. Great prices, good selection and great customer service.

Plus, during the middle of the "Great AR-15 Shortage and Panic", he kept his prices for AR's and ammo as close to pre-panic prices as he could.

He'd only only get a handful in at a time due to the shortage, but he would post what he had coming on Facebook and folks would line up outside the door in the cold at 6:00am to wait for opening time. Several times he had his staff bring out hot coffee and snacks for those waiting in line.

Beech Grove Firearms, Beech Grove ,Indiana, 46107. Good guns, good prices, good people. They had a range and somebody fired a tracer (apparently) into their chopped rubber backstop. Ended very badly. Shop is long since back in business, the range (which was the best I'd ever been to) is not.

Looks like we have the same impression with Fuquay guns. I'm sure you know of the gun shop I was thinking about in Wendell. Way Over priced and not the most friendly bunch I've ever seen working there.
By the way I have never used them but Clayton guns on US 70 does transfers for something like 15.00 cash and 20.00 in other payment forms.

Come on out to Gun Runner Arms, hwy 36 and 99 in Junction City.

We appreciate tire-kicking.
Blarby, I'm glad you posted. JC is pretty close to Eugene. Unfortunately, I'm car challenged here, and leaving in a few weeks. But I may still try to find a way out there just to say howdy.

I've had good experiences at Gat Guns in East Dundee, IL and North American Firearms in Lombard, IL. Gat Guns has a great selection of guns in stock, good prices and the people I've dealt with there have been knowledgable. North American Firearms is a smaller family owned business, run by a mother and her son. Bernadette is about as nice a lady as you'll meet, and their prices have always been competitive.

Fayetteville, NC

Ace Gun and Pawn on Bragg Blvd, not too far from Fort Bragg.

Got my slightly used CZ 75BD Police there, traded for my PX4 .45. They've also helped me with shipping my guns to folks and receiving guns. They have new guns but also some interesting used guns. Best of all, they're trustworthy and treat you right.

B&S Guns in Garland, TX. Staff is knowledgeable and they crack wise. Always good to see what kinds of interesting stuff they've got on the used rack. Gunsmith on site. I was looking at a Kimber 1911 and after hearing my needs and wants they had me look at the Ruger SR1911 for about half the price. Nice not being up sold. A month later, owner remembered me after just that one purchase. If you ask about a particular item (in my case a K98) they will take your number and if they find one They WILL CALL YOU. I've since purchased two rifles from them since I discovered them this summer and it's been a pleasant experience each time. One other thing? They have a little play area for kids which is nice for us single dads/ moms.

The Evil Pawn Shop,,,

The Evil Pawn Shop,,,
Located in Stillwater, Oklahoma,,,
AKA: Best Pawn and Trading Company.

Stillwater, Oklahoma.

It's just a smallish pawn shop,,,
But The Evil Pawn Shop Guy is a gun guy.

So he is constantly getting new inventory,,,
He is like anyone else in the business,,,
He's in it to generate an income.

He has a wife and four kids to feed,,,
But still gives me deals good enough to make me come back.

The reason I call him "evil" is this,,,
He finds out what you like and then gets one in.

I have a weakness for K and J Frame S&W's,,,
I've given a home to six from his store.
