La county

Dont play word games, its showing lack of intelligence. .38 lives in the OC thats Orange County, not LA County. Chime in on another post more of your speed and intellect level.

Not at all.

Slow down there, Killer.

at least finish one arguement before you start with another one. your taking on too many issues and not really addressing them properly. Just out of curiosity, did one of your family members or friends get pegged by the police while UOC?

Ive got 3 guys here stirring up sh.. so its hard to address all in a perfect manner. Anyway I said what I had to about the subject. And you just made another question to add on. So you just made a self contradiction on the subject.

FWIW, I lived (past tense, for those posting from their cell phones) in several parts of Los Angeles, including El Segundo, which borders the airport -- and which is actually a fairly nice neighborhood. But I also lived near downtown Long Beach, and in Carson, which are not. The Long Beach apartment actually had a bullet hole in the bedroom window.

And Bass Killer still doesn't know what he's talking about.

Hey look at dekode29 on myspace. Tell me should he be open carrying anything besides a soda or pack of smokes. Im saying that person Dekode29 aka 12gaugelosangeles shouldnt organize a Open Carry Day. Ive given you the tools to seek that information out about him. The issue is that a drug dealing wanna be gangster shouldnt be a spokesman for gun rights or legal open carry. If you dont understand that, then you have bigger problems than you know of.

lol.

Thanks for the info, lol. Did it feel good to just shoot yourself in the foot with your last post.

Only if one assumes that bullet hole came from the weapon of a police officer "shooting to kill" an openly carrying citizen.

Doubtless you've already researched the situation on one of the government supercomputers you have access to...

Well... thank you for proving my point. I have never accused anyone of being a troll but something here don't smell right.

So long, Killer. I will allow you the power to have the last word.

Did I say it came from an open carry? nope. You told yourself that, now if there is bullet holes in your walls and maybe even your surrounding neighbors? Then I would imagine there is some itching trigger fingers on citizens and police in your area. So once again open carrying is not a good idea. Unless you want to see what happens, be my guest. Your the perfect candidate with your quick wit and high level of intellect. Sorry im using a mobile phone and im not up to your standards. Im a 97E so my job is rarely with computers anyway. Good luck with your open carrying

Im blushing

Ohh how cute, you trolled, I responded.

Yeah, I'm jumping off of this sinking ship myself. Maybe there should be minimum age requirement for posting on THR, or at least parental supervision...

This memo must contain the order by the LA DA's office authorizing the shooting on sight of OC-ers.

Well what about that, it isn't in there. Hmmm, maybe the "shoot on sight" is a County thing?

http://www.californiaopencarry.org/LASD_oc_memo.pdf

Nope, looks like both the appropriate agencies in LA have been instructed to obey State law on the matter. Strange...

Wait, I've got it, the cops are shooting against orders! The OC movement has really picked up steam lately, so there must be a rash of officer-involved shootings going on.

Hmm, a quick glance through news reports doesn't seem to indicate any officer-involved shootings of otherwise law-abiding open carriers, and the various California gun boards aren't full of incensed rants about cops acting like death squads.

The cover up must go deep, that's the only explanation. Unless... maybe the cops won't shoot on sight?

Nah, I mean, Bass Killer couldn't be completely wrong, could he?

Bass Killer, are you or are you not Gecko45? If so, how is prison? If not, are you sure?

Wow! Bass Killer is spewing so much garbage it's funny! Hey Bass, guess what! I open carried in Sacramaneto and didn't get shot! Oh, noez!

Carebear and ArmedBear win this one hands down.

Amazing how facts outweigh emotional ranting 100% of the time......

Sad thing is these facts can be found with about 2 minutes spent on Google.

That someone would post rantings about how things never happened when proof that they did is 2 minutes of surfing away speaks volumes doesn't it?

What just one minute

That is stating the LAW, we all know that unloaded open carry is legal. Im saying that if you walk around with a unloaded firearm on your hip your not the brightest star in the sky. Police officers tend to make up their own rule's aka laws. If your so proudly sporting your unloaded pistol in public, then make a Youtube video of it. Look for a police officer and see the reaction you get? It will be different from a printed memo written by a police officer 2 years ago. Im sure they wont draw a pistol on you with a video camera rolling, but you will be hassled. Besides... whats the point of a unloaded gun? in public, of all places. I have a CCW so im not worried, Im just saying how ridiculous open carry is from both angles, The Police getting involved, and a citizen carrying a unloaded firearm. It's pointless, what good does the whole UOC do for a person? This thread isnt a competition either so we all lose or win. Just depends on your outlook.

Also, Calguns.net makes the most fraudulent claims of any gun forum that I know of. If your going in for the kill, then please find a better resource than a gun forum full of wanna be gangsters and drug dealers that dont have the slightest clue of what they're writing about. The only people there with a bit of common sense are the moderators.

Bull -Calguns has done as much as anyone (and I'm betting a hell of a lot more than you) in the gun rights fight in CA. In addition Bill Wiese is one of the most ethical and honest people I have ever run into in the RKBA community or anywhere else.
How about some proof on this? It ought to be easy enough to find some threads to point us to.

The semi-literate troll calling others "not the brightest"?

ROTFLMAO

That's rich.
