I never could get one to shoot all that well. They're beautiful though.I don’t have one but this is it....Browning SA-22 View attachment 886716
A couple of 10/22's.....
Whenever I pick up this .22, always have fond memories of the times spent with Chuck Heston ("Moses"), a classy gentleman that the public could look up to and respect.

I’d like to have a Nylon 66.I always wanted a Nylon 66 but never saw one for sale when I had the money. Still think they are one of the great .22 rifles.
You meant to write 512 there.CZ 550 American .22 WMR with a Clearidge Ultra RM 3-9x32 AO Rimfire scope and an Elusive Wildlife Technologies Kill Light.

Hmm, I did not recognize it. I haven't seen one for decade or more. How does it shoot? That would be correct but I do have a 550 American 6.5x55. The 512 and 550 are my two favorite
I have a grade 1 made in Japan version nothing special really about the gun other than the story of how I ended up with it.I don’t have one but this is it....Browning SA-22 View attachment 886716
I've never had a 512 but have heard great things about them. And I agree on the 550. I love the 550 platform because it's a real Mauser and a joy to operate. My 2002 model 550 Varmint .308 is the most accurate rifle I own or have shot in a setting where I could really judge accuracy/consistency. It just shoots everything I've fed it reallly well, hunting ammo is well under MOA and target ammo like Federal Gold Medal Match 168 grain SMK just seems to group to the ability of the shooter. That would be correct but I do have a 550 American 6.5x55. The 512 and 550 are my two favorite rifles.
I've only got three .22LR rifles but they're good ones I think. I had a fairly big part in the design of the last one.
