Tough to compare. "Out of the box" includes such a wide range of pistols, from $50 to $5000.
For around $200, I'd say Maks. Fixed barrels and all, eh?
For around $400, CZ-75b's are pretty damn accurate. A little rough around the edges, but it'll give you accuracy on a par with guns three times the price.
For around $500-800, Glocks, Sigs, and BHP's are great examples of accurate pistols. Of these, I've found the G34 to be worthy of particular mention (although 226's are boringly accurate as well). Oh, yeah, my CZ SP-01 (tricked out by Matt Mink) is prolly the most accurate 9mm I own.
Over $1000, you have the Sig 210's, X5's, HK P7's, 952's, etc. Lot's o' nice choices here, boy. Haven't shot a 952 yet, but I have shot the others. The X5 was the most accurate for me.
Overall, tough to beat CZ's in pound-for-pound OOTB accuracy.
