Hmm...
Keeping it realistic, if I could only have three it would be three that I already have:

Rifle: my Tikka T3 Lite in .308Win
Shotgun: my Mossberg 500
Handgun: My Sig 228

If I could have any three it would be:
Rifle: AR-10
Shotgun: Benelli M1S90
Handgun: a Sig 220 chambered in 10mm  (wish they made them)

my 3 prefs rifle arsenal sa7 carbine (milled ak)with 30 hungarian 20rd mags.
shotty rem 870 lefthand 18"extended riot polychoke 12 gage.
hgun,glock19 with 20 15rders and 4 g18 31rders novak sights.

the rifle and shotty i have ,the hguns i use now are a pair of g17s and a pair of g26s.if forced to pick one the g19 will work for ccw and hd equally well.

thousands of rounds ammo for all 3 guns a must!

6" ruger gp100 in stainless steel
fn-fal heavy barrel..isreali model with optics
870 marine model..8 shot mag extension

Let me say I don't fully understand the rules of the game...why can I have spare replacement parts but not extra barrels\uppers etc. They ease in which some of the guns mentioned can be easily converted to other configurations is exactly what makes some of them great case in point...

For Rifle I would select and AR15 - Why? Because with one AR lower (which is the part that is legally considered the firearm), I can have one short barreled upper for defense. A .22 upper for plinking\killing tree rats. A varmint upper with a scope for long range shots and one of a number of big bore uppers for taking larger game or defending\attacking hardened positions

For a Shotgun I would select a Remington 870 12ga. Why? again, versatility. 12ga can be loaded in an ungodly number of different loads from man stoppers to loads soft enough for bunny hunting. Three barrels should do it, 1. 26" smooth bore with rem chokes. 1. slug barrel with cantilever scope mount and scope for Deer hunting (scope not needed but sure is nice to have!) and and something around an 18" barrel for defensive use

For a Handgun I guess I would take the Glock 17 Why? I guess because I do not know of any handguns with the flexibility of the AR or 870 and I just plain old trust this gun. A "K" frame S&W would be cool as you can shoot .357 for defense and .38 for target\practice but I'd rather have more than 6 shots on tap plus you can always get a .22 conversion for a Glock if you want to plink\practice cheaply? To be honest with you, there are a number of handguns I could have chosen and still been very happy.

I can't imagine making such a decision after collecting for 40 years :cuss: . I suppose you want a defensive battery ? I am thinking about my Perrazi and my English SxSs  .

Les Baer Thunder Ranch 1911 for social work

FN FAL .308 Rifle for hunting AND defense

Remington 870 for almost anything at all within 40 yards or so

Handgun: Glock 17L. If I'm allowed to carry where I live, make that a G19.
Rifle: a high-quality semi-auto version of the HK G3.
Shotgun: I don't have much use for a shotgun, but if you insist a Benelli M4 would be nice.

Out of what I currently own:

Rifle: CETME
Shotgun: 870 Express magnum
Handgun:Blackhawk .357 Convertible

Just hypothetically if $$ was not object:

Rifle: M1A
Shotgun: same 870 EM
Handgun: prolly still the convertible, though this is the only shot I have at ever having a USP Mk23 .45 :)

My dilemma comes in with the rifle and revolver as I have two combinations I could be happy with, one in .357 and one in .44. Luckily I have both combinations so all is not lost.

For .357- Revolver is 4" GP-100
Rifle is Winchester 94 Trapper.

For .44- Revolver is 5.5" Stainless Bisley.
Rifle is Stainless Marlin 1894

Shotgun in either case is my Winchester 1300 pump.

the three I currently have:
Rifle: Remington 700 BDL LH .30-06
Shotgun: Remington 870 Express Combo 12 gauge
Pistol: Glock 23 .40 cal

the three I want:
Rifle: Same as above
Shotgun: Same as above
Pistol: a 1911 .45acp variant probably a Kimber, the new Socom they came up with would be nice. this

2 out of 3 ain't bad. Hopefully by next year it will be all three.

I too am going to have to go with the three that I already own.

Handgun: My Glock 30. (I would prefer a 21 or maybe even a 20 if I had to have one gun forever)

Shotgun: My Remington 870PM

Rifle: My SMLE 2A1.

Which makes up the Holy Trinity-

.45ACP
12g
.308

HandGun: My SIG P229 in .40 (or my Commader sized SIG 1911 when i get one)

Shotgun: My 870 express mag.

Rifle: I don't own one yet but something in .308 or .30-6(wearing flame proof suit now)

Handgun... Glock 20 10mm :what:

Shotgun... Rem 870 12 gauge, 18.5" iron rifle sight barrel & 28" vent rib barrel. :D

Rifle... I'm going to post different than the other posts... s/s synthetic stocked Rem 700 BDL 300 Rem Ultra Mag, Leupold 4.5-14X scope. ;)

Hmmm... fun question!

Rifle: Saiga .308 with 16" barrel. Pistol grip conversion, G3/M1A mag conversion, weaver side rail low mount to use glass or a red dot, whatever.

Shotgun: My 870 police, with sidesaddle and surefire forend.

Pistol: If ammo availability isnt a problem, I will take either a Glock 31 or 32, which are in .357 Sig. If it is a problem, I'll take the 17. Its just plain trustworthy, and still accurate.

Actually a pretty solid trifecta. Not too many problems that they couldnt solve.

But....But....But....JUST 3?

Handgun: HK USP in .40 S&W
Shottie: Customized 870
Rifle: AR-15 or Springfield Squad Scout M1A

How many of these I own as of this post: 0

Damn it, now I gotta go shopping :D

Cant realy decide. id probably have to flip for it.

Pistol:
*Springfield 1911, no contest.

Rifle:
*This is a hard one...Either a Decked out SKS or a SOCOM 16

Shotty:
Again, hard. Id flip a coin for either a:

*norinco Carbon copy of the ithica 37 (tactical modle with synthetic stock, heat shield and Ghost-ring sights)

* mod'd out Mossberg 500 (folding stock, heat shield, and modified to take 10 round detachable drums...it just looks so cool.)

* Steoger 20 guage coach gun. Plenty of gun for defence, and plenty fr small game and also 3" slugs for deer.

Shotgun: My Mossy 500, I already have it accessorized with several barrels. It can and does procure all the protein my family needs from squirrel, rabbit, and pheasant to deer and larger (still waiting from that first Illinois Elk tag drawing :D ).

Handgun: M1911A1: .45ACP 'nuff said.

Rifle: Tough call on the Garand or AR15. I'll keep the Garand. (I assume my wife and kids get to play this game also ?? In which case I can borrow one of their AR 15's. :neener: :neener: :neener: )

Shotguns: as far as shotguns go I'd probably a mossberg pump of some kind. Taking mossberg because it's the only shotgun that I have shot some I'll have some familiarity.

Rifle: As far as rifles go, I'm not really sure its probably between an sks vs an AK 47. If I go with an sks I won't have my sks modified to take ak47 magazines. That way I don't have to worry about running out of magazines. Plus, I've heard the sks is unreliable with ak47 magazines However if I go with an AK I'll need to take care of my rifle's magazines or else it becomes an expensive one shot rifle.

Handguns: probably because I've never shot an handgun before I'll probably take a 357 magnum revolver.

Mossberg 500
S&W Mdl.17 or Ruger Securiy Six (both with 6" bbl.) or S&W Mdl.10 (4' bbl). Which ever one I grab first.
M-1 Garand
