The Census and the law?

What are the penalties for not completing the census in full?
Other then name, age and who lives in the house do you have to complete the entire form?

IBTL, If REQIRED to fill out the entire form I plan to answer each question in a different language and give very vague answers like: What time do you leave for work? A. between 9:00 Am and 8:59 Am. DEFIANT TO THE END!!!

I think it is (was?) a $100.00 fine. I've also heard rumors that it is (may be raised) to $5,000.00. Ask Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann, she's planning on not answering all of the questions.
