What is your favorite gun

Like most others stated, it’s really tough to pick one. But the rifle I’d grab first for most anything, is my Ruger GSR in 5.56. With the Leupold Mark AR 1.5x4, it’s almost like shooting a laser.

For a shotgun, it would have to be one of my Browning’s. Either the A5, or the BPS upland special.

For a handgun, maybe the Ruger sr1911, chambered for 10mm auto. Unless in just plinking, then I’d have to say the S&W model 63.

Add me to the Pistol Caliber Carbine club. I just love shooting my Marlin Camp Carbine/Ruger Police Carbine.
cheap ammo is the best
fun fun fun!

Revolver: Cimarron Model P 5.5” in .45 Colt.

Pistol: Auto Ordnance 1911 BKO (my Colt Government gives me the hammer bite), .45 ACP.

Rifle, Full Size: 1944 Springfield Armory U.S. Rifle, Cal. .30, M1.

Rifle, Short, Light, & Handy: Auto Ordnance M1 Carbine.

Those are favorites for snorts & giggles.

My go-to choices differ, though they are chosen for more practical reasons, and I don’t feel so warm & fuzzy about them.

Pistol: Glock 19. Carry and nightstand gun. Rides along in a holster in my truck console sometimes as well.

Revolver: S&W 642. Lazy (pocket) carry & co-nightstand gun.

Rifle: Savage (don’t remember the model off the top of my head. 111 or 110? Wood stock, blued steel) in .30-06. Just so darned accurate.

I do have fun with this last group, but have more of an emotional attachment to the first.

Personality goes a long way.

Just ask that Arnold on Green Acres.

A MacMillan Tac 50. I've never seen one in person much less shot one but I know I'd love it

If I had to pick only one, it would be my 4" S&W 686. If broken down to other categories then the list would grow. The 686 would be the last that I`d get rid of though.
