We all hear a lot of griping about various companies customer service so I wanted to communicate a positive experience.

I have a Charles Daly Hi-Power that developed a FTE issue recently. I called Charles Daly service and they sent UPS to pick it up last Thursday. To make a long story short, I just got it back fixed today. The entire issue was resolved in less than a week! I had no out of pocket expenses and the service people at KBI could not be nicer.

We all know that the owner of KBI (Charles Daly) has been soliciting feedback to improve customer service and it seems it has done something. I am a member also at charlesdalyforum.com and he is as active drawing out customers issues and wishes.

I am really impressed and quite happy.
