I like that you put service in front of deals. I have been in so many stores where to cut corners they hire second rate sales/customer service people so they can pay second rate salaries. It's bothersome when I go into a business and ask questions only to discover that the people "assisting" me know less than I do about a particular thing. Not that I'm an all over expert, but I'm asking questions because I don't know the answer and apparently neither does anyone on their sales force.
I like a good deal as much as the next person, but I will pay a few extra dollars to have someone with knowledge and customer service ability assist me.
