Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days?

A new holster. This is the first pocket holster I bought when I got my first J-frame. I have tries several others but none work as well as this one. I had to cut part of the flap off so it would go deeper in my pocket but cut too much and have a strip of Gorilla Tape on it now to keep it from coming out with the gun, so this new one I will be more cautious in trimming it, first laying it out on the pocket of the pants and test fitting. Anyway, this was only $15 at LGS today. Size 3 is for the J frame. One positive with this holster is that it is open on the bottom so the muzzle sits right at the bottom and allows it to be lower in the pocket. Closed bottom holsters usually push the gun up a half inch or so.

IMG_3965.jpeg The last piece of the “Bench-in-a-Box”. The second from the top. It will be my tool/powder caddy. Top should hold bags/rests/8 lb jugs. The lower middle one works perfect for bullets etc; full of little compartments. Bottom big one is perfect for the press on its quick change plate.

Nothing lately, but I tried to! I saw a 1911 Bullseye pistol at the Conway Gun Show last Saturday that I made an offer on. It was built by a semi-famous Bullseye Smith in Louisiana named Jim Clark. But the seller didn't accept my offer. :(

One box of each of these for my new Bond Arms .327 Federal Magnum barrel. I just grabbed what was cheapest on Ammoseek! :)
