Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days?

I spent over $300 to get two 1000 ct. cases of primers: CCI small pistol and Remington large pistol. That just killed me inside.

Makes me realize I need to shoot airguns more and firearms less.

<tangent>I was reading an article about how the 32 S&W was a marginal small game round because it only moves the 70 gr. bullet at 750 fps or something. (87 FPE)

That's HUGE energy for what I consider small game. (squirrels, rabbits, grouse) I'm taking squirrels reliably out to 30 yards with a .177 air rifle shooting a 10.5 gr. pellet at 900 fps. (19 FPE) Even with a lung shot, that goes right through, half the time, with an expanded hollow point pellet. (expands to .22 to .25 cal) With a head shot, it's more than is needed; 11 FPE would be fine.</tangent>

Just arrived in the mail and it is Made in USA! Also a 50-round box of Federal American Eagle .357 Magnum that was only $36. These two items were ordered along with the Bond Arms barrel I posted earlier to get a $20 discount for a $200 order at Impactguns.com

Forgot I bought this case at the LGS last Monday for under $10 and it is made in USA. Fits the Bond Arms nicely with the extra barrel that arrived today. Also picked up another can of Gun Scrubber spray.

BA Hanson 13.9 mid length barrel. Going to finish up a rebuild and upgraded AR15 P&W job. Was going to do another SBR but in the end decided to get something legal in length this time, that can still be brought out of state to any free state without asking the ATF for permission to have my property with me during out of state travels.

I've got a Cimarron Man with No Name SAA homage on layaway; my first 45 Colt.

I just bought 100 pieces of Starline brass on gunbroker. $39 + $3 tax + $9 shipping; ouch! Working on trading for another 100 pcs.

I just bought a set of Lee Deluxe carbide dies in 45 Colt and some HiTek coated 255 gr. Keith-style bullets for it too.

Also, an XS tritium front sight for my 3" 357 Ruger SP-101. An expensive day, even though I didn't shoot or buy a gun! Reminds me I need to get back into shooting pellet guns a bit more and powderburners a bit less.
