I just purchased a vintage set of furniture for my 870 Wingmaster. It was wearing Express wood , and even though the vintage set is well worn, it fits the look I was going for. I also ordered a mag tube spring because the old one was broken in half. Then when I finally got it together it was having feeding issues. I determined it was the shell latches, so I just put in an order for a NOS set a few minutes ago.

I bought a used Ruger GP100 hammer on eBay which I cut the spur off today, ground, filed and sanded smooth. It made my GP100 357 Magnum 3" barrel, fixed sight an even better carry/hiking gun now it's snagless. I'll keep the original hammer so I can switch it out in five minutes if I choose.

You will love the shell sorters if you handle a lot of range brass. I average about a 5 gallon bucket of range brass each weekend. They do save time.
