Bought my way into a 6mm Norma BR barrel, Lapua Brass, Redding Custom Competition dies, Hornady 87gr V-Max, 80gr V-Max, and 70gr Sierra BlitzKings.

Edit: I forgot that I ordered an LRA Send it Electronic Level and an M-Lok bracket to mount it on the side of my MDT ACC chassis.

a SACM 1935a pistol, with 4 boxes of 7.65 French Longue ammo. The ancestor of the Sig P210. I've always been intrigued by them, but have passed over the years due to the ammo situation. But I happened to buy 9mm Largo from Steinel, and when I saw they made a run of the rare/nonexistent French stuff, I decided I would go ahead and get one. They're neat designs, and it's also rare to find much of anything French on the market.

Over the years, going to countless public and private gun shows, I think I have probably come across three or four Model 1935As, one or two Model 1935Ss, and exactly one Model 1950.

Never saw any ammo!

Yeah, I don't think I had seen one live. I looked at a couple on auction (auction arms, gunbroker). They were neat. There were a couple on gunbroker a decade or more ago that went for under $200, and I almost bought one then... but no ammo.

Interesting, a while back I looked at the individually wrapped bags that our safety glasses come in at work, and they specifically say they are NOT for shooting even though they are Z87+ rated. Makes ya wonder...

Apparently the short action interchangeable heads are only rated for 125 ft-lbs so they do not recommend using them to loosen factory barrels. Sigh..... Looks like I need another tool....

Discovered the bolt on my 6ARC gas gun had started deforming where it locks against the barrel extension, why is still open for debate. My pet load of Varget is 6K psi max pressure, but point being it scared the crap out of me and happy I found it early.

Maxim bolt to the rescue, although the mail being the mail played circle games with it, so it should be here this coming Tues instead of last Thurs.... (unhappy face)
