The best approach for raising issues about staff action is to contact the staff member in question, or another staff member and ask for more information.
The second best approach, by a wide margin, is to post a public question in the Site Support subforum.
Posting a complaint thread about staff action in one of the other subforums is off topic and therefore unacceptable.

The server move has nothing to do with moderation. There have been no moderation changes, and there will be no moderation changes, resulting from the server move. That said, not all mods are available all the time and as a result sometimes it is necessary for staff members to fill in for those who are out of pocket.
The advice I provided above is not merely a "shut up and don't bother us" blurb, it is useful advice. If you have a problem with staff actions, contact the staff member in question (or another staff member) and present your case. Staff actions can be reversed.
