It's useful for folks to say what the guns are, model, caliber, maker, etc. Makes it more interesting than just a pic of a gun that I don't know what it is.
Person posts a nice pic of a gun and nothing else except: "My favorite! Now to pick up the other 4 cylinders!"
I wonder about the gun that shoots 5 different rounds and that has a cylinder for each. But I'll never know.
One of 2000 made. The fellow @ the gun show was a private seller. He bought it new and wanted to sell, not cart it home. he sold it for way under market value.
Boolit: Accurate 45-231E (My design)
Alloy: Wheel Weight
size: .452 on Star lubersizer
Lub: Carnuba Red
Primer: Winchester STD LP
Load: 7.5 Herco
Distance: 10 yards
40 degrees, wind about 20MPH
15 shots, off hand...Bless my shakey old hands!!
The first shot is the one in the 9 ring, to the right.
Finally made my mind up and picked up my very first .41 Magnum. I've had a very keen interest in the cartridge for some time and finally picked it up just the other day. It's wearing an older set of Lett grips. I've got brass, just need to get the bullets and dies and I'll be set.
Just a placeholder until I can use a real camera. These are my twins. The S&W Performance Center V-Comp's.. The grips are extra X-Frame grips that I purchased. Not very attractive and too big. I have others that are more photogenic.
