As far as Obama-many testified that he was not involved-then he 'exerts' executive privilege--to what--he wasnt involved or there was a lot of perjury. This was all noted by a congressman Thurs of Fri (today).

The current administration has polarized Congress beyond belief and The Supreme Court is not imune.
The "Justices" are a great dissapointment of late as it seems like America's well being is NOT paramount in their decisions.
