What do you consider good handgun Shooting?

This varies with each person's definition of the term. I don't compete and my definition comes with mainly having fun and hitting the target consistently. Others I see at the range are laughing it up and having loads of fun even though their target is a splatting of holes with no particular consistency. Measuring by other's ability is tough yet we do aspire and motivate ourselves by what we see from different shooters skills. If you've set your goals and obtained them then raise the bar a bit more and your "good shot" will continue to progress at your terms.

many of his admirers confer superhuman marksmanship skills upon him
He is not superhuman.

You should see his out take videos where he can't seem to hit anything.:D

Many bullseye match shooters may consider his shooting marginal with the round count he has shot but as he mentions in some of his videos, he is getting older with eyes/hands getting worse.

Thing is he sure is consistent with different firearms, especially with short practice before the video starts recording.

I was a bullseye shooter for 55 years. High Expert indoors and outdoors. In my older age the shake is getting the better of me with long barrels so I concentrate on short barrels and a 2 hand hold because with just one, I'm shaking like a leaf. This was the Internet Snubby match on the S&W forum this year. 50 feet, 2 hands double action. Once you learn how to shoot and get the basics down, it doesn't matter, you can shoot anything well. I'm out to prove you don't need long barrels.
