Having read it, I'm surprised that no mention was made of the Supremacy Clause, and the fact that the Constitution give Congress authority over regulating immigration, and that Congress has already spelled out the rules for a non-citizen to possess guns.

I think maybe they are trying to force a ruling on incorporation, but it seems to me that the Supremacy Clause issue is a winner.

Hmm.. I guess I'm not on there... Guess I wasn't going to lose my job.. but I do not have access to my firearms aka my "collection"...

Any more news on this? Been 3 months.
How long does something like this usually take to get to court?
What kind of time frame does this process take until this would get overturned and actual come into effect?
