From "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou" (Bill Murray)

Steve Zissou: Anne-Marie, do all the interns get Glocks?
Anne-Marie Sakowitz: No, they all share one.

Also:

Steve Zissou: (to pirate) Don't point that gun at him, he's an unpaid intern.

El Mariachi: [right before a firefight] Together again huh?
[cracks neck]
El Mariachi: Let's play.

------------------------------------------------------------------
[El has just walked out of the confessional booth]
Priest: Would you like confession?
El Mariachi: Maybe later, where I'm going I would just have to come straight back.
---------------------
El, just El...
-----------------------

To be... or not to be...............Not to be.......

Aliens:

Gorman: Apone! Look... we can't have any firing in there. I, uh... I want you to collect magazines from everybody.
Hudson: Is he f***** crazy?
Frost: What the h*** are we supposed to use man? Harsh language? :cuss:

Another vote for "Dodge this" in Matrix I.

The description of the ZF1 by Zorg in Fifth Element is a classic, also, however.

Clueless

"I've got a .45 and a shovel. I doubt anyone would miss you."

From Aliens
"I say we take off and nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure."

Some of my favorites from Firefly:

ZOE: Preacher, don't the Bible got some pretty specific things to say about killing?
BOOK: Quite specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.
_____

MAL: I'm told ya'll took up arms in that little piece of action back there.
SIMON: Yes, I -- Yes.
MAL: How you farin' with that, Doctor?
SIMON: I don't know... I never shot anyone before.
BOOK: I was there, son. I'm fair sure you haven't shot anyone yet.

_____

SIMON: I'm trying to put this as delicately as I can... How do I know you won't kill me in my sleep?

MAL: You don't know me, son. So let me explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

_____

MAL: And don't you ever stand for that sort of thing. Someone tries to kill you, you try to kill 'em right back.

24

"Here ... take this. The safety's off and there's one in the pipe."

Speaking of 24 ... why does Bauer always grab a pistol when he's going in with an assult team? Everyone around him has a battle shottie or an AR variant, and this guy grabs a Sig. What's up with that?

Goodspeed: You've been around a lot of corpses, is that normal?
Mason: The feet thing.
Goodspeed: Yeah the feet thing.
Mason: It happens.
Goodspeed: Well do something about it, I'm having kind of a hard time concentrating.
Mason: What do you want me to do, kill it again?

and

Eddie: This broad is not your wife, she's the enemy.
John Smith: She tried to kill me.
Eddie: They all try to kill you. Slowly, painfully, cripplingly, and then wham. They hurt you. How you going to handle it?
John Smith: [grabs assault rifle] I'm going to borrow this.
Eddie: I like where your head's at, man.

and lastly

[Porter shoots a hole in Fairfax's suitcase]
Fairfax: Hey. What the hell are you doing, man? This is...
Bronson: [on speakerphone] Fairfax? Fairfax.
Fairfax: No, no, it's all right, he's just killing my alligator bags and shooting holes in my suits. Man, that's just MEAN. That's MEAN, man.

good times man, good times

From The good, the bad, and the ugly

Perhaps already burried in the several pages of this thread....

Tuco:

"If you need to shoot, shoot....don't talk"

"My friend, there are two kinds of people in this world, those with loaded guns (*click*) and those who dig......You dig."

Blondy to Tuco in "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly".

Broken Arrow

(BG points gun at woman on hood of Hummer) "looks like we have a standoff"

(GG in back seat) BANG! "NO..........WE..........DON'T! (as he shoots the Bg and beats his head into the stearing wheel)

True Romance -

It's better to have a gun and not need it then to need a gun and not have it.

Jarhead -

Fire...fire...fire...

Tombstone
"I'll Be your huckleberry"

"Tell em I"m comming and hells comming with me"

Was this in a Steven Segal movie?

bad guy is standing in median of road. He won't answer the question, so someone shoots him in the kneecap I think. Bad guy turns to other good guy and says "Aren't you going to do something?" Good guy #2 says, "Alright, but I'm not a very good shot..."

"...forgive me the men I have killed & those I am about to."-Roscoe Lee Brown in 'The Cowboys'.

"Sheriff Parker wore his guns this way!" "Parker's dead."-Anthony Perkins & Henry Fonda in 'The Tin Star'

Because he has STYLE and TASTE

And from Tombstone:

Cowboy: Why, it's the drunk piano player. You're so drunk, you can't hit nothin'. In fact, you're probably seeing double.
[Cowboy draws a knife, and Doc Holliday takes out a second gun]
Doc Holliday: I have two guns, one for each of ya.

How about the Swede from El Dorado;

After hooking Mississippi up with a cut-down double barrel,
Duke - "Wow, where'd you get that?"
Swede - "It belonged to a fella that couldn't see too good, so he just shoot where he heard the other guy talkin'."
Duke - "What happened to him?"
Swede - "He got into a fight in a saloon, and the piano player made so much noise, he couldn't hear the other fella, so he shot the piano player, and they hung 'im."
